What is Teamful?
Teamful is a campaign management platform that puts briefs, deliverables, approvals and live reporting in one place, so agencies, brands and creators can run campaigns without the spreadsheets, endless email threads and scattered chat. Instead of stitching five tools together, your whole campaign lives in one workspace: plan the work, collaborate with your team and clients, get sign-off, and watch progress as it happens.
Who is Teamful built for?
Teamful is built for marketing agencies, in-house brand teams and creators who run multiple campaigns, channels and stakeholders at once. You can invite clients, creators and contractors as external collaborators, they get exactly the access you grant, without needing to learn a complicated tool or see anyone else's work.
How is Teamful different from a generic project management tool?
Most project tools hand you tasks and lists, then leave you to force campaign work into them. Teamful is built around how campaigns actually run. Deliverables, channels, social connections, approvals and reporting are native, not workarounds. That means less setup, fewer plugins, and a workspace your clients and creators can actually understand.
Is Teamful available yet?
Teamful is in beta access, and you can start using it free today. We're shipping new features continuously and improving fast based on beta feedback. Sign up now to lock in early access and help shape where the product goes.
Do my clients and creators need to pay for their own accounts?
No. Clients, creators and contractors join as external users on your plan, there's no separate seat cost for them. Every plan includes a set number of external users per campaign. They can review deliverables, leave feedback, approve work or upload content, depending on the access you give them.
Can I try Teamful before paying?
Yes. You can get started for free and explore Teamful before choosing a paid plan. When you're ready to scale, the Starter and Pro plans add more active campaigns, connections, team members and storage. See the Pricing page for the full breakdown.
How do I get started with Teamful?
Create your free account, set up your first campaign and invite your team, you'll be up and running in minutes, with no complex onboarding. Start by adding a campaign, then its deliverables and channels. From there, invite team members and external collaborators and begin assigning and approving work.
How do I invite my team and my clients?
You can bring in two kinds of people: internal team members and external users (clients, creators and contractors). Team members are part of your organisation and can work across campaigns. External users are invited per campaign and only see what you share with them, ideal for client reviews and creator uploads.
What are the different roles in Teamful?
Teamful is designed around the real people in a campaign: you and your team, your clients, your creators and your contractors. Everyone gets a view suited to their role, your team runs the campaign, clients review and approve, creators upload and collaborate, and contractors deliver their part, without stepping on each other.
How do approvals work?
Deliverables move through clear stages, so everyone knows what's waiting on them, no more chasing sign-off over email. Share a deliverable for review, gather feedback in one place, and get a clear approved / needs-changes decision. The status is always visible, so nothing slips through the cracks.
Can I run multiple campaigns at the same time?
Yes, Teamful is built for teams running many campaigns in parallel. Each campaign keeps its own deliverables, collaborators, connections and reporting, while you keep a clear overview across all of them. Your plan sets how many active campaigns you can run at once.
What kind of reporting does Teamful give me?
Teamful gives you live campaign reporting, so you can see how work and performance are tracking without building decks by hand. Follow deliverables, approvals and campaign progress in real time, and share a clean view with clients and stakeholders instead of exporting screenshots into slides.
Can I connect the social channels my campaigns run on?
Yes. Teamful lets you connect social channels so posts, connections and reporting live alongside the rest of your campaign. Each plan includes a set number of social connections, 25 on Starter, 100 on Pro, and custom volumes on Enterprise.
Can clients and stakeholders see reporting without a paid seat?
Yes. Invite clients as external users and give them a live view of their campaign, no extra seat cost, and no exporting required. They see exactly what you choose to share: progress, deliverables and reporting for their campaign, and nothing else.
Does Teamful replace my analytics tools?
Teamful focuses on campaign execution and reporting, keeping your work, approvals and progress in one connected view. It's built to cut the manual reporting around campaigns, so your team spends less time assembling updates and more time running great work.
What if I need more connections or a specific integration?
Connections scale with your plan, and Enterprise plans are tailored to your requirements. If you need higher volumes or something specific, get in touch and we'll build a plan around it.
How much does Teamful cost?
Teamful has three plans: Starter at €179/month, Pro at €499/month, and Enterprise with custom pricing. Starter suits teams getting started, Pro is built for growing agencies, and Enterprise is for organisations operating at global scale. You can start free and upgrade when you're ready.
Can I change or cancel my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account settings. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial, and there's no long lock-in, you're free to change as your needs change.
Is my data secure?
Security is built in. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and hosted on reputable, secure cloud infrastructure. Access is role-based, so team members and external collaborators only ever see what they're meant to, clients never see your other clients, and creators never see your internal data.
Is Teamful GDPR compliant?
Yes. We handle personal data in line with GDPR and can provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for customers who need one. You can review how we handle data in our Privacy Policy, and Enterprise customers can discuss additional compliance and data-residency needs.
Who can access my campaigns and files?
Only the people you invite. Every external user is added per campaign and sees only what you share. That means you can bring clients, creators and contractors into a campaign without exposing anything else in your workspace.
Do you offer enterprise controls like SSO and dedicated support?
Advanced security controls, custom limits and dedicated support come with Enterprise plans. If your organisation has specific security, compliance or onboarding needs, contact us and we'll tailor a plan to fit.
